Podcast Provides Food Safety Info, AFF Tour Reflections

A new “Watch What You Eat” podcast by food journalist and Registered Dietitian Carolyn O’Neil features Dr. Tamika Sims of the International Food Information Council (IFIC). The podcast episode titled, “Safe at the Plate,” examines food safety and provides important information and tips for consumers. Carolyn and Tamika met on the Alliance for Food and Farming’s Safe Fruits and Veggies 2024 Farm Tour in California.
